Fine Flavor Fermented Beans

Our signature Ba Lai beans are grown on the river-fed An Hóa Islet, where cocoa thrives in the shade of coconut palms and tropical fruit trees. This traditional farming model is fully traceable and infuses our beans with a distinct terroir. Expertly box-fermented, these beans offer a complex, premium profile for discerning chocolatiers.

Raw Dried Beans

For artisans seeking the purest expression of the Mekong Delta, we provide high-quality raw dried beans. Harvested at peak ripeness and sun-dried without fermentation, these beans preserve the natural antioxidants and the raw, earthy mineral characteristics of the Ba Lai riverbanks. They are an ideal choice for health-conscious "raw" chocolate lines or specialized botanical use.

R & D Fermentation

We bridge the gap between farm and factory by hosting professional chocolatiers for on-site Research & Development. Our estate provides a collaborative environment where you can test custom fermentation protocols, experiment with drying techniques, or select specific micro-lots.
